I don’t think it’s fair to go and say to someone ‘Oh my god you’re so pale’ like it’s a bad thing? People who are pale are born with pale skin. Just because they don’t want to be orange or get skin cancer, doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with them. You wouldn’t go up to someone that’s black and say ‘Oh my god your skin’s so dark’ in a negative way, would you? It’s just as bad.

Oh my goodness, thank you for saying this! I stay white all year long, and usually get made fun of for it.

Same here! I hate it when people talk about it. I’m sorry that I don’t want to look like a leather purse when I’m older.
